Motivo de consulta: “Anorexia nerviosa. Desde hace siete meses restricción dietética intensa, ejercicio también intenso y pérdida de peso importante”.

En cuanto a la enfermedad actual que presenta la paciente se trata de una mujer adolescente temprana de 13 años con conducta restrictiva adelgazante con pérdida ponderal y ejercicio físico como maniobra compensadora.
