Componentes del programa de rehabilitación cardíaca
El propósito de este curso es la formación en rehabilitación cardiaca de todos los profesionales relacionados con el diagnóstico y tratamiento de los pacientes con cardiopatías, especialmente la cardiopatía isquémica de especial relevancia por ser la primera causa de mortalidad en nuestro país.
Según la evidencia científica, la rehabilitación cardiaca ha demostrado que disminuye la mortalidad y la aparición de nuevos infartos en estos pacientes, mejorando por tanto la calidad de vida.
El contenido del curso presenta un aspecto bien diferenciado y es lo relacionado con las áreas de intervención de los programas de rehabilitación cardiaca, (entrenamiento, factores de riesgo, aspectos psicológicos y sociales).
En el tema1 abordaremos los componentes del programa de rehabilitación. Los programas de rehabilitación cardiaca (PCR) son sistemas de actuación multifactorial aconsejados por la OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud). En los pacientes coronarios el objetivo prioritario de mejorar la calidad de vida se complementó medidas que buscan la prevención secundaria de la enfermedad.
Los programas de rehabilitación cardiaca tienen cuatro pilares fundamentales de actuación:
- Entrenamiento físico programado.
- Educación sanitaria.
- Tratamiento psicológico.
- Dieta cardiosaludable.
En el tema 2, por otra parte, analizaremos la rehabilitación de las distintas patologías cardiacas y de las alteraciones asociadas a estas, como la insuficiencia cardiaca, las valvulopatías, las arritmias y la disfunción eréctil.
Veremos también cuál es el papel del médico de atención primaria en la rehabilitación cardiaca.
Y, por último, en el tema 3 estudiaremos la manera de realizar un informe de alta en rehabilitación cardiaca y los factores que pueden influir en la reincorporación laboral de los pacientes.
Se explicará en qué consiste el programa de rehabilitación cardiaca fase III, cuando se debe aplicar y la duración del mismo.
Desde 4Nurses recomendamos al usuario completar los conocimientos que se imparten en este curso con los que se desarrollan en «Valoración cardiaca en rehabilitación».

When I originally commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from that service? Many thanks.
